Hei :-)
Today I thought I'd show you my first card that I've created for Wycinanka. Wycinanka is a Polish manufacturer of Shipboards and other products like stamps and various sets in 3D that you can build yourself.
My first project is a easy Christmas card in red tones with white details.

When you ordering products from Wycinanka, you always find bright thick cardboard that helps to protect the products during shipment.
This carton I decided to create my own background, so I could use it as part of the card.
When I made the background I used first two types Nuvo Crystal Drops: Morning Dew and Ivory Seashell. I had a tin layer over the carton, before I used 4 types of Distress Inks: Barn Door, Aged Mahogany, Candied Apple and Fired Brick.
To get the little extra in the background I used some white embossing powder and some bling.
When the Nuvo is dried, it is almost impossible to apply more color, but you then have a background with some shine in. The red color stays on top of the Nuvo, therefore the distress not get sucked in to the carton.
When the background was finished, I used white embossing powder on two shipboards from Wycinanka, the wood is from the Decor collection. One I glue on the carton, while the other I attached atop of some of the flowers.

The other details I have used are flowers from Wild Orchids, while the berries I do not know quite where coming from.
